nearby, the closest storm is north of baltimore and this is to that east-southeast and there is a weaker line here firing up in the potomac highlands and doesn't seem to get stronger and there is some more energy through southwestern virginia. i have been looking at the stages and this is producing one half to one inch of rain per hour and can you so the early part of the line is starting to get closer to hagerstown and over the next few hours, we'll see how this holds together across the mountains and expect some lightening with it and hopefully they will diminish as they get closer and happy rain is expected as this comes on through and in terms of severe threat,d biggest area cover side through west virginia and the ohio valley. and we're not outlooked for that much widespread severe but with this frontal boundary around, that can trigger something here and there. tomorrow, we have a possibility again that there will be the severe risk over our area. before the storms arrive, we looked out at 95 degrees and about 2:30 this afternoon. dulles, 94; bwi marshal 95 and the storms will do a
